Payment for completed consultations, assessments, and services is nonrefundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours or no-show: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may apply.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise and will consider these situations individually.

Our wellness programs and treatment packages are designed to provide comprehensive, personalized care over a series of visits.

Once a program or package has begun, completed services, laboratory testing, and products already provided are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to complete a prepaid program or treatment package, please contact our clinic. Refund requests for unused services will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund may be adjusted to reflect the regular individual prices of services already received, laboratory expenses incurred, and any nonrefundable products provided.

Because individual responses to treatments such as Morpheus8, Forma V, VTone, and other aesthetic services vary, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Payments for completed treatments are nonrefundable. If a treatment series must be discontinued, we will review any unused prepaid sessions in accordance with our package refund policy.

Laboratory fees are nonrefundable once specimens have been collected or testing has been initiated.

If testing has not yet been performed, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed based on any costs already incurred by the clinic.

Guests enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for payment for services already received and any applicable nonrefundable expenses.

If a program is discontinued, the remaining balance or any refund will be calculated according to the services provided and the terms of the payment agreement.
